As we navigate life during COVID, a simple way to start the day off in an organized fashion is by making your bed. This simple task triggers your brain to feel that something has already been accomplished. A more polished bed means you’re ready to move forward through your day.
For a quick pillow refresher, we suggest one spray of MYRRHA to create a sense of serenity.
Set modest goals. If you set your goals too high, you’re more likely to get discouraged mid-week if they’re not reached. For example, instead of an hour of yoga a day, try a 20 minute session every other day and work your way up.
